welcome!

My name is Crystal and I am the heart & hands behind Soothe Integrative Wellness Studio.  I focus on helping clients to transform their nervous system and support healing  using reflexology.

You may have found your way here because you want to reduce stress, alleviate chronic pain or illness, or get better sleep,  Perhaps you are recognizing the effects stress in your life caused by overthinking, overachieving and perfectionism, and are looking for more balance. You may just be looking for rest & relaxation!

I use a variety of modalities including reflexology, hypnotic (visualization) techniques as well as nervous system support to help clients to shift out of stressful, unresourceful states. To become more comfortable and adept at finding calm and rest in their life.

You can book in with me for reflexology, nervous system & hypnosis support, or a combination of both!

My clinic space is designed to make you feel exquisitely calm, relaxed and comfortable. I am a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist (RCRT) with the Reflexology Association of Canada and a Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist (RCH) with the Canadian Association of Counselling Hypnotherapists and Educators. Please check out my website and feel free to reach out with any questions you might have!

What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a holistic healing technique, to promote relaxation and wellbeing. It involves applying pressure to specific points on the hands, feet, and/or ears, with the aim of stimulating the body's natural healing process.

Enter into a state of deep rest and relaxation with a 45 or 60 minute
treatment. Foot reflexology supports a variety of positive health outcomes for any issue you may be experiencing. It works by supporting your body's systems to return to balance, improving circulation, reducing nervous system activation, and encouraging the release of toxins. Treatment is done fully clothed (shoes & socks removed) while reclining.

Some of the issues that reflexology has been shown to benefit include: sleep, PMS or menopause symptoms, chronic pain, migraines, auto-immune disorders, emotional release, edema, certain foot conditions, stress & anxiety.

"I didn't know what to expect when I went to see Crystal, but I'm so glad I did. I have learned so much about myself in our sessions and walk away with so many AHA moments. Thank you Crystal!"

Sandy, Winnipeg

"I've had a great deal of issues with eating. After a few sessions, I was finding I didn't feel I needed the extra dessert or candy bar. I really was not a believer but I feel it has helped not only the eating but also am more relaxed"
