Meet Your Energy Body: Healing Through the Chakras

Cost: $350 for six weekly group sessions + one individual hypnosis or access conscious bars session

These past few years we’ve been living with a lot of fear and stress which has affected our nervous systems. You may be feeling the effects of this. Some examples could be having an overactive mind, racing thoughts, less patience, feeling more overwhelmed, having a “shorter fuse” or less able to be calm, present, relaxed and playful in your life.

This time has also created a lot of change within each of us, whether it be in our value systems, aspirations, priorities, how we relate to the world and each other. Over the past several years, many of us have had new revelations, and we're starting to understand or see the world in a different way.

This group is an opportunity to come together, reset your nervous systems to release stress, and explore a more holistic approach to your body, mind, energy and spirit.

During this 6 week interactive group experience you will:

• Learn how the brain, nervous system & energetic body (including chakras) work
• Apply both neuroscience & energetic techniques to release stress & be more present in your daily life
• Receive weekly deep rest immersions with hypnosis & energy healing to shift subconscious & energetic patterns to support your healing.
• In addition to the six week class, included in the course is a choice of one individual hypnosis session or an access conscious bars session, to build on the healing work undertaken in the group

The group will be led by Marcie Granger, a Marriage and Family Therapist & Reiki Master and Crystal Gartside, a Clinical Hypnotherapist and nervous system educator. They bring together a range of traditional and complementary therapy & healing modalities. The goal is for participants to experience physical, emotional & energetic shifts to feel refreshed, renewed and gain clarity for this next phase of life.
