Are you interested in going inward, to relieve anxiety, reduce stress and find more inner balance? Do you find it difficult to meditate - those thoughts just don't want to stop?
That was my experience too, until I learned that I needed to calm my nervous system through body techniques, in order to be able to relax and focus inward. And a trance state (which we all naturally use many times a day) is a great way to begin to release the "overthinking" mind and to access our subconscious, where real change can occur.
These monthly sessions will each explore a different topic by taking you through a deep rest immersion, using a trance state, to make changes and experience growth. In addition, you will receive a nervous system and/or self-trance practice to use at home throughout the month. This is an opportunity to create and build your own practice of self-care and healing, right in the comfort of your own home!
