The Calm Class

These online group classes are like a spa for your mind!


Integrating deep rest, guided visualization, binural beats and using principles of neuroscience this class will help you to shift subconscious patterns that create stress, anxiety and nervous system dis-regulation. Register for this four-part series for a deep and lasting sense of calm and peace in your every day life. This is no yoga class - think pillows and blankets!

The classes are approximately one hour long. You will need a comfortable place to recline, such as a bed or chair, including props like blankets and pillows for optimal comfort and relaxation. All classes delivered online.
