About the event
We talk alot about self-care, but it is often misunderstood and for many of us becomes another item on our to do list. This workshop will:
-offer specific strategies to most effectively soothe your nervous system
-explain how this supports nervous system healing & resilience
-discuss how to support highly empathic nervous systems
-include a deep rest immersion (in gravity chairs) with subconscious work to experience shifts in real time
Facilitator: Crystal Gartside, Clinical Hypnotherapist
We will end with a "deep rest immersion" to give your brain a neural rest & strengthen your nervous system. Bring your favourite blanket and pillow for the deep rest portion! We will be using reclining chairs for a relaxing sensory experience for mind and body :)
