Frequently Asked Questions
What does reflexology cost?
Treatments start as low as $55 for a 45-minute session. Check out a full price list on my bookings page.
The great thing about reflexology Is that there’s no set frequency for treatments to be effective. You can try just one session or a shorter duration to see what works for you—most patients see an effect after even just one session (though you may love it enough to want to come back for more!)
Does reflexology actually work?
Yes! Reflexology has been part of traditional Chinese medicine for centuries. Modern studies support the effectiveness of reflexology treatments for a variety of health issues, including stress and anxiety, chronic pain and illness, PMS or menopause symptoms, migraines and auto-immune disorders.

I can’t shut off my brain. What if it doesn’t work for me?
Unlike most tricks or tactics for quieting your brain, reflexology is a passive treatment. You can’t be bad at this, and you don’t have to do it many times to start seeing results.
All you need to do is set aside the time, let me do the work, and experience the results of letting active touch put your body into a state of deep rest and repair.
Can 45 minutes really make that much difference?
You bet. Reflexology is a time saver. This is a shortcut to the relaxation we need—no need to meditate every day or set aside a whole day for the spa. Even a short treatment can make you feel rested, rejuvenated and more like yourself.
Do I need to get a pedicure? Or….
Just come as you are! Don’t feel the need to trim toenails or do anything special before your treatment. I see feet all day, and all feet are great.
