The Process
online-booking.png

1. Book an appointment

Choose a 45, 60 or 90-minute session.

2. Discuss why you're here

Are you having trouble sleeping? Feeling stressed and anxious? Experiencing chronic pain? We’ll start your treatment with a brief questionnaire so I can tailor the session to your needs.

3. Relax and unwind

The best thing about reflexology is that you don’t have to do anything! Treatment is done lying fully clothed on a treatment bed, with shoes & socks removed. Using active touch on your feet I’ll help your body reach a state of deep relaxation where your brain quiets and your body can rest and repair.

4. Enjoy the results!

Our bodies and brains love the chance to slow down—most clients feel calmer and more present after just one session. Deep relaxation helps our body repair, accelerating recovery, discharging stress, and helping us feel more like our best selves.

Services

Reflexology

45, 60 or 90 minutes

Enter into a state of deep rest and relaxation. Reflexology shifts our brain out of chronic stress mode so we can calm our mind and fully relax.

Even a short session improves circulation, reduces nervous system activation, and encourages the release of toxins – simply choose how long you want to experience deep and fulfilling rest! Treatment is done fully clothed (shoes & socks removed) while reclining.

Hand Massage

Hand relaxation treatment (add on)

30 minutes

Extend your bliss by adding a hand treatment on to your foot reflexology session. Active touch on your hands helps put the body into an even deeper state of relaxation where rest and repair can take place.

Hypnotherapy

Is there a part of your life where you feel ‘stuck’? Maybe it’s a bad habit you just can’t shake, or anxiety, stress, or emotional pain that overwhelm your day-to-day. These sessions take the restorative rest of reflexology one step further, using a combination of calming and visualization techniques to reset our subconscious triggers.

Understanding how we relate to our nervous system gives us more control over our reactions. During these sessions, we work through how your nervous system states may be impacting you and use a combination of somatic and hypnotic (visualization) techniques to release stuck patterns of thought or behavior. The goal is to feel a shift in how you feel and respond going forward.
