Service Description
This 60 minute session begins with identifying the change you are looking for - whether it is reducing anxiety, releasing stress, getting better sleep, changing a habit or behaviour. We then use a combination of nervous system education, applied neuroscience, somatics, neuro-linguistic programming and hypnotic visualization techniques to change how thoughts, beliefs and behaviours are being stored in the body. This releases unwanted patterns of thought or behaviour and you will feel a shift in how you feel and respond going forward. Typically two to six sessions are required depending on the issue you wish to work on.
